I hate when I have a dream where I'm falling off a cliff during school and I jump awake making it impossible to explain why I spazzed without admitting that I was asleep during class.

If anyone asks, you say "Weird muscle spasm" or else "I got a shiver down my spine, and it made me jump." Or you have have a fear of some small creepy-crawly (spiders, ants, centipedes, even flies) just say you thought you saw one and it freaked you out.
