all you have to do is put *sarcasm* after it for example, "yeah you're not lame at all *sarcastic*"

Thats what the sarcasm meter is for. Something not sarcastic would be (0) and very would be (10). then anywhere in between.

True. But having to tell the person that you're being sarcastic isn't truly sarcasm. You might as well write "jk" after making the statement. It would do pretty much the same thing.
