I say wear them as tights with something LONG over them or even a jean skirt. Someone in my class who might match #2's description...well, she had dark gray leopard print leggings with a black short-sleeve shirt (like Simon Cowell) and a black bow headband on her head. And she dyed [it's sort of fading now] her hair this really weird shade of dark red that could even pass as maroon. Imagine that, especially when you have homeroom, every other day first period, maybe p.e. every 3 days (2nd period), EVERYDAY third period, and maybe EVERYDAY 6th with her. And when she brings up Twilight. Ask her why she, in her words, "hates" Harry Potter. She'll say, "Because Twilight guys are HOT!" WOW. What has happened to junior high?

I didn't want to tell my friend this today because she had a buffalo plaid shirt with long, thin, tight leggings. I did show her this post before and she's not at all inappropriate.
