I hate it when people shorten or change the spelling of words. Spelling "was" "wuz" only makes you look stupid.

And spelling "dog" "dawg" only takes more effort.

The only exception, in my opinion, is on twitter. Like some people might say "2" instead of "two" and "u/ur" instead of "you/your/you're" because they have to have it shortened or the it will go over the word limit. At least thats what i do.
