I hate going to the mall and seeing young girls wearing such skank clothes and their parents are with them buying them all this stuff, basically encouraging them to be whores.

tank tops and short-shorts don't make you a skank if it's 100 degrees out now if it's fall and girls are still wearing them then yes they are skanks

I hate this! Ugh! I mean seriously, I just want to yell at the parents and teach the kid some proper manners and how they should be dressing.

There's a point in which it goes too far, in which case I'm half tempted to walk up to the parents and go "Excuse me, is your daughter for sale? She certainly looks the part", even if it means I'm potentially putting my life at risk.
